Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the 3dimension platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including restaurant owners, staff members and super administrators.

2. Description of service

3dimension provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows restaurants to create websites, manage digital menus and receive customer orders. Each restaurant receives a subdomain on 3dimension.rest. Custom domains are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the platform's infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

5. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload (restaurant name, menu items, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant 3dimension a non-exclusive licence to store and display it as part of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Service availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance, updates or emergency changes at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour or remain unpaid for more than 30 days. You may delete your account at any time from the settings panel. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

3dimension is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
